TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me you agree to these terms
payment is upfront unless specifically stated otherwise. all payments must be made through paypal in us dollars. if it has been more than 24 hours and you still have not sent the payment i may cancel your commission slot.
i will only refund you in full if i have not yet started the commission. once i have a sketch i will only give a partial refund. after you have been refunded, any part of the art that was completed is no longer yours. i may reuse the sketch/lines (edited so it no longer resembles your character ofc). additionally, i will not refund completed commissions.
i cannot ship internationally, so if you are from outside the us please don't commission a traditional badge.

average commission completion time can range between a week to a month or two - i am a very busy person and i often only have time to draw on weekends. for this reason i also will not work with deadlines
under no circumstances may you claim my art as your own. if uploading to another site, credit me!
my art may not be used for commercial purposes (tshirts, logos) without my explicit permission. my art may never be used for nfts or any other crypto-related business.
